REFUND POLICY

Payments – All Payments Received are to be in USD (United States Dollars).
Refunds will not be granted from the date of initial purchase, for any reason.
1. Eligibility for Refunds
- Subscription Plans (Monthly/Annual):
- Monthly Plans: No refunds for partial months. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your billing cycle.
- Annual Plans: Refund requests must be made within 30 days of purchase. Refunds are prorated based on unused months, minus a 10% administrative fee.
- One-Time Purchases: Non-refundable.
- Setup Fee(s): Non-refundable.
2. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Fees for third-party services (e.g., domain purchases, payment gateway charges).
- Services already rendered (e.g., AI-generated content, automated campaigns, or consultations).
- Subscription plans after the refund window closes.
- Accounts terminated for violations of our Terms and Conditions.
- One-Time Purchases.
- Setup Fee(s).
3. How to Request a Refund
1. Submit a request via email to contact@taanas.com with:
- Your account details.
- Reason for the refund.
- Transaction ID or invoice number.
2. We will respond within 3 business days to confirm eligibility.
4. Processing Refunds
- Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days via the original payment method (e.g., Stripe, PayPal).
- Bank transfers or credit card refunds may take 5–10 additional days to reflect in your account.
5. Disputes & Chargebacks
- Contact us before disputing charges with your bank or payment provider. We will work to resolve issues promptly.
- Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension or legal action.
6. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to update this policy. Continued use of our Services constitutes acceptance of changes.
